We hope that you're completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, you may return your item(s) for exchange or refund (less any shipping charges) within 15 days of receiving your order. Please note, we do not accept returns of original art and art prints. Here's how to ensure your request for refund or exchange is received:
A refund excluding any applicable shipping charges will be issued upon receiving your item(s) in original, unused condition, and in original packaging
To ship your return, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org before sending anything back. Be sure to mention your order number and order details (see the packing slip included with your order). We’ll get back to you with instructions for processing your return
If you're not the original purchaser or you'd simply like a different item, exchanges can be made for items of equal value. An additional shipping charge may be applied
If you love the item(s) in your order but for some reason something arrived damaged, we will gladly work with you and the original maker as necessary to make repairs as best we can. Follow the steps above for returning damaged items. After we receive the damaged item(s) from you, we will be in touch updating you on the status of your replacement order.
First, make sure that we have previously authorized your return request, then ship the item(s) at your expense to the address provided on your packing slip.
Keep in mind, where you live and the method you choose to return an order determines when we receive it. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned order, and we are not be responsible for items damaged during return shipment; we recommend that you use an insured and trackable service for your return. In the event that your return shipment arrives to us damaged, you must file a claim with the carrier.
Sometimes, unfortunately, shipments go missing. Our packages are fully insured for your item order total and we will work with you to track down your missing order by filing an insurance claim with our shipper (typically, USPS or UPS). Once the shipper has confirmed the status of the missing shipment and/or approved the insurance claim, we will either refund your total order amount or replace the order for you, if the items from your original order are still available. We will not issue an order refund or replacement until the claim has been confirmed by our shipper.
